Refund & Cancellation Policy

Kueue is a digital service charged as a one-time fee per event. Access to your event (schedule editing, branding, and the live guest link) is unlocked immediately after successful payment.
Cancellation
You can stop or end your event at any time from your dashboard. Because the service is delivered digitally and access is granted instantly upon payment, the event fee is generally non-refundable once paid.
When we do issue refunds
- Technical failure on our side — if a verified technical problem with the Service prevents your event from going live and we are unable to resolve it, you are eligible for a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of payment.
- Duplicate or accidental charges — if you are charged more than once for the same event in error, the extra charge will be refunded in full.
How to request a refund
Email kueue.support@gmail.com with your registered email address and the event details. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
