Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Kueue (the "Service"), operated by Kueue. By creating an account, making a payment, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Kueue lets event hosts build a schedule and share it with guests, who view a live, real-time timeline on their phones via a link or QR code. The Service is provided on a per-event basis.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Pricing & payment

  • Events are charged as a one-time fee per event, based on the plan you select (currently from ₹299 to ₹1,999 depending on guest count). Prices are shown before payment and may change for future events.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not store your card or banking details.
  • Fees are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. You agree to pay all charges for events you create.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the event details, schedule, images, and other content you upload ("Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host and display your Content to your guests for the purpose of operating the Service. You are solely responsible for your Content and must have the rights to use any images or text you upload.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • upload unlawful, infringing, harmful, or offensive content;
  • impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation;
  • attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.

6. Guest access

Guest links and QR codes are public — anyone with the link can view the event schedule. Do not include sensitive information you do not wish to share publicly.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kueue shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an event is limited to the amount you paid for that event.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or misuse the Service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
